General Descriptions:

Pursuant to Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, data owners defined as data subjects have been granted the right to apply for the processing and protection of their personal data.

You can make your applications to us through the following channels;

In your application:

Your name, surname and signature,
If you are a citizen of the Republic of Turkey, T.C. ID number, if you are a foreigner, your nationality, passport number or your identity number, if any,
Your place of residence or workplace address for notification,
Your e-mail address, telephone and fax number, if any, for notification,
In addition, you must have the subject of your application request.
Your applications submitted to us will be answered within thirty days from the date of receipt of your request, in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law, depending on the nature of the request. Our answers will be delivered to you in writing or electronically in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the relevant Personal Data Protection Law.

In the event that the information regarding your requests you convey to us within the scope of your application form is not correct, up-to-date or there is an unauthorized application, our Company does not accept any liability for such false information and requests arising from unauthorized applications.

No fee will be charged for your application to our company. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. In case the application is caused by the fault of the data controller, the fee will be returned to the relevant person.
